It was very challenging with finding the right home in our price range. The rental market had a low supply of available homes. Yet, we ended up in a nice community with a good school system. Stephanie was very professional and always on time.

We were looking for a second home from far away in Alaska. Much of our search was done through Stephanie’s very comprehensive website. We were able to look at homes through virtual tours, have Stephanie check out the properties and report back. She would provide us with her own photos taken when she viewed the property and would, when I requested, check out the tiniest of details for us. We bought our home sight unseen, could not be there for the closing and everything worked out perfectly. It was not smooth sailing all the time, due to time zone difference, unreliable mail service and timing of money transfers, but when the going got rough and deadlines were looming, Stephanie stepped in when it was needed, worked out details and negotiated with the sellers and finance people so that we did not lose out on our home. Stephanie was thorough, organized, communicated well and was “no nonsense” in her approach. I’m sure selling a home to people who are thousands of miles away and taking on all that she had to because of our absence, was a crazy journey in her eyes.
